When I knew I would be relocating to the Rio Grande Valley for employment, I spent a long while researching the different builders in the area. I decided to build with Dolcan Construction primarily because of the customer service I was getting from the builder, Oscar Cantu. I had many questions about the homebuilding process, and he was eager to educate me about the conceptual process of building a quality home. Dolcan allowed me to be involved in every aspect of my homes construction, from blueprint to finish. I sincerely believe Dolcan possesses several qualities that enable them to build quality homes at reasonable prices; however, I believe their major strength is standing behind their product and ensuring that should any problems arise they will take care of it – a major advantage from a consumer’s standpoint.

After relocating to the Valley because of a job opportunity, I had decided it was time to purchase a New Home.  I spent a long period of time meeting with other builders, and touring new homes in the area – but when I came across Dolcan I knew I had found my builder.  The quality of their work, their home designs, and the attention to detail in every room made me fall in love with their homes.  My overall experience with Dolcan was fantastic.  The builders are reliable, and always maintain an openness with you during the process.
